These dynamic seminars focuses on solutions by seeking to better understand how language and cultural differences can frustrate and slow down productivity, communication and morale on the job. They focus on Spanish-speakers in the U.S. workplace. They are ideal for lunch seminars, H.R. training, guest speakers, chamber of commerce presentations, school assemblies and staff development. FULL-DAY SEMINARS (6-12 hours)

*Seminar #4 has a full language component to it as an option. Thus, depending upon the needs of the client, the full seminar with language component can be as long as 30 hours total.

The full-day seminars are results-orientated and focus on solutions to the frustrations that derive from cultural misunderstandings. They are dynamic and valueable to any professional or businessperson that interacts regularly with Spanish speakers. All seminars come with workbooks for each participant containing the seminar’s content, appendices, notes & statistics. Seminar #1 and #4 come with a language component as well as audio CDs. Seminars #3 and #4 are for professionals who travel to or work with Spanish speakers in Latin America.
